ROSE STATE COLLEGE ANNOUNCES AN OPENING IN ENROLLMENT AND SPECIALIZED TESTING

POSITION: Enrollment Testing Center Proctor

Description of Duties: 

Assist the Supervisor of Enrollment and Specialized Testing with the administration and proctoring of computerized tests, including CLEP, DSST, ACT, Residual ACT and Next Generation ACCUPLACER exams. Maintain a schedule of testing appointments. Assist in the scoring of tests as directed. Compile reports and statistical data for monitoring and reporting. Compose memorandums, letters, reports and other various documents. Ensure the integrity of all exams and materials used for testing. Answer the phone calls and give students proper assistance. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. Preform other related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree. Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated effectiveness working in a team environment. Light lifting and light carrying of up to 10 lbs. required. Ability to move freely about test center. Periods of time spent sitting, standing, kneeling and bending. 

Desired Qualifications: 

Experience working in an office environment and working with computers. 

An unofficial degree conferring transcripts must be received by this office for formal consideration; however, should an offer of employment be extended, official transcripts are required.

All finalists may be subject to a background check and/or drug test.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
